Safe Guard Medi-Systems Corp

Safe Guard Medi-Systems Corp (SGMS) was founded in February 2005 and is located in Miami, Florida (Corp. HQ). SGMS provides lifesaving Medi-Chips that have a USB plug and can be inserted into any computer world wide to instantly display a persons medical history and information.

This information can be critical to any First Responder, Doctor or EMT in an emergency situation such as a car accident, stroke, heart attack, diabetic seizure and other life threatening situations. Since its inception, SGMS has been adding features and functionality to it array of products, and has recently added their newest PHR (Portable Health Record) or EMR (Emergency Medical Record), the Dog-Tag PHR. In sizes from 256mb up to 4 Gigs of storage, this new and novel prodcut was fashioned after the WW II dog tags worn by the GI's in service. Rugged and weather resistant, the Dog-Tag can stand up the severe abuse and comes with a chain to wear around your neck or it can be clipped onto your key ring. Either location, every first responder is trained to look on the neck, wrist or key ring for medical identification, and this Dog-Tag will not be overlooked.

COMING IN 2008.... Safe Guard Medi-Systems Corp introduces their new "Credit Card style USB Medi-Chip. This unique Medi-Chip has a flip out USB chip embedded within the card so that there is room on both sides for imprinting. Presently the major credit card companies are looking into using the SGMS card as a "Working Credit Card" and adding Bio-Metrics (finger-print ID) for security purposes. The persons finger print image will be stored on the USB chip and be regiestered with the card companies. Upon insertion into any USB port it will immediately identify the person using the credit card which will all but eliminate FRAUDULENT use.

Mr. Eisenberg has worked in the Medical field for over 7 years as a Physicians Associate earning his PA degree at Farmingdale University, N.Y. Since they he has spent the past 18 years in the Electronics field both in Sales and Marketing and it is here that he came across the idea to develop the Medi-Chip as a result of some medical mishaps and mistakes. As often happens, out of adversity come something good, and it is our hopes that we can provide you with a device that could possibly help save your life in an emergency.

DOUGLAS SLAVIN M.D., Vice President, Medical Director

Dr. Slavin has been in the practice of medicine.for over 35 years Formerly a U.S. Naval Flight Surgeon, he has been an attending in cardiology and internal medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and Miami Heart Institute, Miami Beach, Florida for the past 30 years.

As Medical Director since the inception of the SGMS CORP, he has had an active role in the design and development of the entire SGMS jump drive program and its intended ability to convey critical personal medical information, which may at times, assist in saving lives.

DAVID FARAD M.B.A., Vice President, Chief Technology Officer

David Farad is widely recognized for his excellence and expertise as an Information Technology Professional and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems & Management Science. Additionally, he is equally proficient as a business and marketing professional and holds a Master Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Electronic Commerce.

Immediately prior to joining SGMSCorp David served 8 years as the Director of Administrative Information Systems for the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center School on Nursing. Before joining the University of Colorado David served as an I.T. Professional in the public sector working for the City and County of Denver, as well as having served in the non-profit sector as a computer instructor for a local Denver community center for a combined total of 12 years I.T. experience.

David is married with 4 children and brings a great deal of talent, experience, and integrity to the SGMSCorp team and we value his contributions tremendously.

JAMES A. JOY D.O., Vice President Medical Marketing .

Dr. Joy, (or JJ as he likes to be called) has joined SGMS Corp as the VP of Medical Marketing. JJ a retired surgeon, who enjoyed many years of practice in Florida is now a Professor of Medicine at the University of Georgia, and has a great many ties to the medical community. It will be his undertaking to bring SGMS and its array of products to the attention of that medical community and to show them the benefits of using the SGMS Medi-Chips.. JJ is maried and resides in Milton Georgia..

James Callahan V.P. Sales:

Mr. Callahan has joined the SGMS team at the beginning of 2008 and brings with him a very impressive sales ledger. A native to Tulsa Ok, Jim is undertaking the task of helping to provide the Native Americans and other residents of Ok, the ability to ensure their medical safety by introducing the SGMS Key 2 Life EMR. This unique product holds a persons entire medical history and so much more which helps provide emergency technicians and doctors the ability to render the correct care almost immediately which helps save lives..
